Ingredients:
Batter Mixture
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Fresh Milk
2 pcs. Egg Yolk
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 tsp. Sugar
Icing Mixture
3 pcs. White Egg
3 tbsp. White Sugar
Procedure:
Step 1
Beat egg yolk into a large mixing bowl then add 3 teaspoons of sugar gradually. Once the sugar and egg yolk are combined completely, add salt, all purpose flour, and fresh milk. Mix them well until get the desire consistency.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, beat egg white by adding 3 tablespoons of white sugar slowly. You can beat it manually but it would take longer time. So, I used electric hand mixer by setting it to medium at first beating until the egg whites resembles a fluffy cloud. Now, turn the mixer speed up then add sugar for every 10 seconds until 3 tablespoons of sugar is finished. Continue mixing until the mixture become thick , glossy, smooth and look a snow drift.
Step 3
Combine icing sugar to the batter mixture gradually until all are incorporated.
Step 4
In a pan over low heat, pour small amount of oil and distribute it on the surface. Pour the batter mixture then cover for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 5
Turn the other side when it is golden brown. Serve while hot with apple syrup. You can apply white sugar and butter on top. In my recipe, I used powdered sugar and apple syrup. I even served it with chocolate syrup.
