Sizzling Pork Sisig



Ingredients:


500 grams      Pork Cheek
200 grams      Liver (Chicken or Pork)
1 piece           Red or White Onion
1/2 tbsp.        Salt
1/2 tbsp.        Ground Black Pepper
1/4 cup          Lemon or Calamansi Juice
4 pieces         Chilly
2 tbsp.           Butter
1 tbsp.           Soy Sauce






Procedure:


Step 1:   Boil pork cheek season with salt for at least 10 to 15 minutes. 
               Remove the  unwanted  scum.

Step 2:   Grill the liver including the boiled pork cheek.

Step 3:   Chop the grilled pork cheeks and liver into small pieces.

Step 4:   Combine with lemon, salt,pepper, and onion. Mix them well 
               until all are incorporated.

Step 5:   Fry with butter season with soy sauce. Taste first before adding more soy sauce.
